Getting a free warranty is a rare thing in Bangladesh, and it's rare because there is no Apple Store in Bangladesh. Those who claim they are giving a contract for free include repair costs, shipping costs, and EMI charges. It cost more than its original price, which is frustrating, But iStock BD doesn't charge anything extra for a warranty or shipping charge.
Process of Warranty

MacBook
Every new MacBook comes with one year of official warranty, and the warranty period starts when it gets active. During this period of 1 year, if the product faces issues like not booting up, display not showing, or other affairs under Apple policy, Then the customer has to bring the device to any iStock BD branch, and the customer will get warranty support for free.
iPhone
Apple's warranty policy is the same for all major products like iPhone and the same MacBook.

Sometimes serious hardware issues can take more than a month, which is very rare.
If something like that happens, iStock BD will not be responsible, but iStock BD will continuously update the product status.
When to bring
Apple's default warranty is for 365 days; if someone needs support, they must bring the device under 345 days; otherwise, the device will not be accepted for support. That's because the last 20 days of the warranty can expire during the repair.
